Rockford Tech Systems sells, installs, and services multilevel security systems, video surveillance systems, fire systems, card access systems, and hook up to Emergency24, a 24-hour central monitoring company. We also sell and service additional devices including hold-up buttons and intercoms.

Alarm and Video Maintanance
Rockford Tech Systems’s Alarm and Video Maintenance program includes the following services:
– One preventative maintenance inspection per year.
– All service calls due to mechanical failure.
– Parts are included.
– Failure of equipment due to vandlism, lightning, or any other act of God will be repaired on a billed basis as deemed necessary by Rockford Tech Systems to place equipment into normal and safe operation.
– Client to provide a suitable environment and service access to all equipment named in maintenance contract.
