First Line and After Hour Maintenance
Rockford Tech System’s First Line and After Hour Maintenance program includes the following services:
- Reloading of receipt printer paper as needed
- Reloading of audit printer paper as needed
- Removal and repair of receipt and audit paper jams
- Removal of jammed cards from card reader
- Clearing of dispenser and depository problems
- Receipt of service calls directly from ATM network
- Dispatching of appropriate repair personnel
Contract hours for First Line and After Hour Maintenance are as follows:
First Line Maintenance
365 Days per Year
8:00 am – 10:00 pm
After Hour Maintenance
Monday – Friday
5:00 – 10:00 pm
Weekends and Holidays
8:00 am – 10:00 pm
Hard (Second) Line Maintenance
Rockford Tech Systems’s Hard (Second) Line Maintenance program includes the following services:
- One preventative maintenance inspection per year.
- All service calls included due to electronic and mechanical failure.
- Mechanical, electronic, and sub-assembly parts included.
- Re-inking ribbon for audit and receipt printers provided and installed by Rockford Tech Systems at no charge to client.
- Depository ink cartridges provided and installed by Rockford Tech Systems at no charge to client.
- Failure of equipment due to vandalism, lightning, or any other act of God will be repaired on a billed work basis as deemed necessary by Rockford Tech Systems to place equipment back into normal and safe operation.
- Client to provide receipt and audit paper, currency separators, and currency in a condition and grade as recommended in owner’s manual and Rockford Tech Systems specifications.
Contract hours for Hard (Second) Line Maintenance are as follows:
